Ascentt Business Systems, Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of Sr. Software Developer based in Fremont, CA. Responsibilities will include: Responsible for enterprise performance management and business intelligence applications, implementations, and software application design, development and integration. Design develop and deploy business and information technology solutions through the application of software development life cycle methodology. Lead Agile workflows, team process workflows and troubleshoot customer infra services issues to resolve problems. Understand functional design and create technology architectures to facilitate implementation and assist the application support teams in analyzing and implementing application enhancements. Participate and provide expertise in the development and calibration of software including iterative development, estimations and design sessions. Support and improve key aspects of infrastructure services including security, availability, and performance. Lead platform engineers, software architects through design and implementation decisions to achieve balance between strategic design and tactical needs. Utilize experience in CA PPM Configuration, Agile, JAVA, XML, LINUX, PL/SQL, GEL SCRIPTING. Position requires 50% national travel.
Position requires Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field plus 5 years of experience in a related field. Position requires experience in CA PPM Configuration, Agile, JAVA, XML, LINUX, PL/SQL, GEL SCRIPTING.
